There are no swimming lessons at the Sarasota Convention Center in St. Augustine, Florida.
You can, however, go for a swim.
The city of St. Johnsville is offering free swim lessons through the city’s public safety department, but the city does not offer the classes.
The Sarasota Chamber of Commerce is also offering free swimming lessons.
The Sarasota City Council recently approved a $10,000 donation to the Sarasotas Safe Swimming Program.
The money will be used to provide free swimming and other safety education at the convention center, the Chamber of Business said.
The council also approved a proposal to build a swimming pool in the center.
The event is open to all adults, but people who are at least 18 years old can participate.
The city of Sarasota will be open to the public for public swimming lessons on Wednesday, March 10, 2019, the city said.
